Mission Critical Services, LLC (MCS) is an organizational management consulting firm that supports non-profit organizations and religious institutions in their mission to serve the community. Charitable organizations often lack the means to acquire the full-time human resources necessary to operate at a capacity that yields optimum efficiency and effectiveness. MCS provides the tools, strategies and resources necessary to determine where and how the organization should make structural and administrative adjustments to ensure that they are yielding optimum results. We also train and empower leadership through personal development and the development of their teams in order to execute organizational objectives in excellence with tangible outcomes. Our objective is to support your organization as much or as little as you require without the financial burden of hiring a full-time Operations Director. We recognize that the success of our communities are dependent upon organizations like you and we are completely committed to supporting your mission whether it is in critical condition and needs emergency care or just requires a few sustainable adjustments.

Discover Life Church

We’ve had the privilege of working with Alina on a number of occasions. Most recently, she was an instrumental addition to a phenomenal team that we engaged to assist us with a complete rebrand and restructure of our church. Her eye for detail, strategic mind and understanding of organizational dynamics are remarkable. We were absolutely thrilled with the results and continue to see the fruit long after the project’s completion. She was an absolute pleasure to partner with and we enthusiastically recommend her for your organizational needs.”

Providence Missionary Baptist Church

The work we did with Mission Critical Services (MCS) was the most important work in my time as a Pastor as it relates to organizational design and leadership training. I strongly recommend MCS, without reservation, because Alina and her team have the unique ability to assess the strengths and opportunities for growth within an organization and then lead the way forward in process improvements. In other words, the MCS team doesn’t just make recommendations, but they follow those recommendations and walk with you until a recommendation is transformed into implementation. Additionally, their work to understand the human capital in my church and then train me as the leader on how to maximize the strengths and talents of that human capital was invaluable! The staff and lay leaders are more fulfilled and leadership of them is now energizing as opposed to burdensome. Working with MCS was the best decision I’ve made as a leader. Alina, as a CEO, not only teaches great models of leadership, but she practices it. It felt as if increasing the capacity of our church in a way that would positively impact us was her singular focus. That level of care and attention to detail is often not found in consultants, but you will find it with MCS! To Alina and the entire MCS team … THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!”
